Winter Eclectics
Exhibition & Fundraiser

Alongside our upcoming exhibition in the West gallery, titled Grey Areas (November 29-January 18), the Durham Art Gallery is pleased to announce an opportunity for additional artists to display their work in a salon-style setting.

 

This exhibition fundraiser in the East gallery runs from late November until January 18, 2026. The works in this exhibition will be available for sale. 

 

Opening evening reception date to be announced. 

 

Eligibility

All artists are welcome to apply.

The Durham Art Gallery is committed to equity, accessibility, inclusion, and community; those values will be carried over into the selection process.

All artworks must be ready to hang and available for immediate sale. 

Sold artworks will be ready to take home with the buyer at point of purchase during the Gallery’s hours. 

This exhibition does not have a theme.

 

Artwork Requirements

Submit between 1-3 original works created in the past five years.

Paintings, works on paper, photography, sculpture accepted. 

All works - framing included - must be no larger than 20” x 20”. 

The retail price of each work must not exceed $300.

The Durham Art Gallery retains a 40% commission of the retail price. The artist receives 60%.

No submission fee.

Durham Art Gallery rests on the traditional land of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation, which is represented by the communities of Saugeen First Nation and Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation.
